This second living room opens directly onto the garden and leads into a walk-through room furnished with a French bed. Adjacent to this space is a fully equipped kitchen featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. The ground floor also includes 2 bathrooms: the first fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, and the second with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC.

On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room with satellite TV, an additional double bedroom, a second living and dining room with satellite TV, and a kitchenette equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer.
