"Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. "The villa exceeded our expectations – everything looks even more impressive in person. Stunning mountain views, a great pool, and everything you need for a relaxing stay is available in the villa. The nearest beaches in Sperlonga are just a 20-minute drive away along scenic roads. The owner, Luca, communicates very well, gives helpful advice, and explains everything clearly. "Lovely villa and gorgeous garden in a wonderful location. Very comfortable and well appointed. The gardens were sprayed for mosquitos prior to our arrival and there was very little evidence of them. We had hoped to kayak on the lagoon but unfortunately the kayak was not useable. However, the table tennis table was great with plenty of bats and balls and was well used. Paula was very receptive and helpful as was Santa, I would highly recommend it as a place to stay."

"Die Unterkunft war sauber. Ansonsten war sie wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Deckenleuchte, sonst nur Glühbinrnen in einer Fassung. Auf Dekoration wurde ganz verzichtet. Bis wir WLAN hatten, dauerte es 3 Tage. Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig. Wegen der Klospülumg mussten wir mehrfach den Verwalter/Vermieter anschreiben, der schon zeitnah reagierte aber das Problem, trotz Handwerker, bis zuletzt nicht beheben konnte. Das Bidet war...
