"This rental was even better than I could have imagined! The house itself is amazing, and the peaceful setting in the woods was the perfect retreat after long days at the baseball field.It was set up perfectly for our situation. We had two families staying here: my son and I (while my husband and other son stayed at Dreams Park), and another couple whose son was also on the team. My son and I stayed upstairs, where there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The other couple enjoyed the master...

"Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "

"Love the quaint appeal of the house. Met some neighbors very friendly. Visited a shop near there very unique. Every thing was near by went for train ride A boat tour on a lake in Cooperstown Howes Caverns and other places. My friends and I really enjoyed it we are thinking of coming back in the future. We even had a small furry visitor daily. We had all the necessities."
