"This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay. "The house is very nice but upstairs apartment made lots of noise. Couldn’t find remotes for either TV in bedrooms. Not a really big issue as we basically just slept and showered there. Very steep stairs so beware of that. Front gate is very wobbly so don’t lean on it."
