Ryokan en Richmond

"The experience was good overall, the property is a bit far from the city, but the public transport is handily. However the bed wasn’t very comfortable, it’s a point that can be improved "

"We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. The washing machine and fridge seemed new and there were refreshments free of charge when we arrived. The wifi was fast and stable. We brought our 18...

"Good location, great for visiting Kew garden. But in need of some TLC."

"We had a lovely stay in Richmond and chose the apartment mainly because we wanted to visit Kew Gardens and see a show at the Orange Tree Theatre. Kew Gardens is always fantastic, we love the Japanese Garden. It was great having such easy access to both Kew and Richmond on our doorstep. "Great spot in a cool location. Easy walk to the subway. Apartment was very clean and modern. Great communication with host as they even let us check in early."
