3 bedroom apartment in Tuscan countryside house with private pool

The house is a classical Tuscan farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. We live on the ground floor and we have dedicated the 1st floor to our guests, with this comfortable and finely furnished apartment.
Measuring about 130 m2 (1400 ft2) it counts 3 spacious bedrooms.
The first one with two single beds that can be put together to create a double bed and a day bed From this bedroom you can access a large furnished terrace overlooking the surrounding park and pool.

The second one with two single beds that can be put together to create a double bed and a day bed.

The third one with a queen size bed.

From the first bedroom you access a living room area, a kitchen corner and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second and third bedroom have a common landing area from which they can access the bathroom with walk-in shower.

And lastly there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table.

Perfect for 3 couples travelling together, big families and groups of more than 5 friends.

Guests will have exclusive use of
- the entire floor
- the park
- the swimming pool with mini-fridge (to keep your beverages cool at all times and enjoy aperitifs by the pool), sunbeds, umbrellas and table with chairs
- the patio with gazebo located in front of the house (down the stairs) and the barbecue

Guests are more than welcome to bring their dog, we have two dogs who get along with anyone! The park is entirely fenced.

ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA
- Our neighboor has a ranch, so we can arrange for horseback riding (either lesson or trekking in the area).
- In Reggello there is a shop where you can rent electric mountain bikes, which are perfect for the type of landscape that we have here.
- The area counts many trekking paths, either walking directly from the house, or taking the car a bit further and exploring the many hills, mountains and water streams.

TO VISIT IN THE AREA
- We are 45 minutes away from Florence, Arezzo and the heart of the Chianti (Greve, Radda, Panzano, Monteriggioni...)
- An hour and 15 minutes away from Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montepulciano, San Quirico d'Orcia and the Trasimeno lake.
- We are on the lower slopes of the Pratomagno mountains, with its highest peak at 1600 m.
- Nearby you will find the beautiful Romanesque church of Cascia, the Sammezzano castle, the "balze del Valdarno", the Natural Reserve of Vallombrosa and its abbey.
- And for shopping lovers you will be able to reach the fashion outlet the Mall within a 20 minute drive.
