"The property is beautiful. It looks very much like high-end bungalows (in particular the master one) spread across the estate. The kitchen is also placed on a separate bungalow. The swimming pool with the view over the ocean was a treat per se. Two things: I highly advise it for families with teenagers or kids that can sleep independently in a separate bungalow (which means they would have to cross a part of the estate). "Beautiful house with plenty of room for our 2 families. Each room has it's own bathroom (2 kings with en suite, 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms in the hallway, and the casita has a bathroom as well that doubles as the pool bath). The kids had a blast in the pool, on the soccer field and with the ping pong table. The husbands loved the cold plunge and sauna. We rented golf carts to access the close by beaches but our favorite was Playa Negra, a short drive away. ...

"This is a beautiful location and gorgeous home. Alex and Jenny as in home cooks and vacation friends are an amazing addition. 10 members of our family enjoyed this stay and the fabulous meals they prepared. The presentation....table cloth, cloth napkins was so lovely. The view is incredible and the kids (and adults) had so much fun in the pool. Alex was very helpful getting us booked with an inshore fishing trip and surf lessons. His recommendations helped make this part of our trip...

"We had a great stay at this property. Very private, and a short drive to Playa Junquillal (which we loved). Beatrice was a wonderful host and responsive to any questions we had. Directions to the house were clear and accurate. Kitchen had everything we needed. Three AC units all functioned well. The outdoor shower is an amazing feature! Totally different from busy, heavily-touristed areas like Tamarindo. Recommended!"
