"We had the MOST wonderful 10 day stay in Valerie's, comfortable and well-loved house. The photos absolutely do not do it justice. The house is situated in the most beautiful setting, the terrace is perfect and we watched the mind blowing sunsets there every evening. "We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!"

"In der Küche gibt es nicht nur eine Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, sondern auch einen Backofen sowie eine Spülmaschine. Selbst die Messer waren scharf genug, um ordentlich damit zu schneiden! Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und auch die Schlafzimmer sind wohlproportioniert mit sehr großen Schränken... Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen!"

"This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! "
