"Great location for ice fishing and snowmobile riding. Up North Lodge restaurant/bar is only minutes away with a great menu selection.We rented two cabins which were perfect for our party of 8. Kitchens are a bit small, but have everything you need for cooking meals. Host was great to work with."

"Host was very thoughtful in providing the small necessities in making our stay feel like a cozy, peaceful retreat. It is a wonderful cabin with river front views, charming decorations and a peaceful feeling while sitting by the flowing river amongst nature and its beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay!! "Me and my husband had a very relaxing quiet weekend getaway. This cabin is secluded and there are some beautiful views. The weather was just perfect for being mid October. The hot tub and sauna were just right for those chilly evenings. We did have some problems with flies and beetles, but that happens everywhere. Would be nice if you had a little vacuum to clean up all the dead flies and beetles. "

"This was a nice cabin. There are five cabins on the owners' property. The owners had good communication but were otherwise unobtrusive. The main hot tub is shared with cabins 1-4, but cabin 5 has its own private one. Most importantly I took my rescue pitbull and had no issues with the owners or other guests. Some properties have a lot of dog rules so I was pleased to see this property was more lenient."

"Kos grove cottage was a perfect location and home for 4 girlfriends celebrating many years of friendship. Our hostess, Heather, was very helpful! The house was exactly like the description and photos with a lovely screened porch, but too chilly for our fall stay. It could sleep more if needed, but perfect size for us. We enjoyed breakfast at Barb's Cafe, dinner at El Capitan. We also dined at Spiro's and Carlos Cantina in Iron Mountain. Our visits included Pine Mt Resort with ski jump and...
