"We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and it was nice to have easy access to two different delicious restaurants. The only issue was how slow the elevators were. We chose to take the stairs at one point which was tricky with all our luggage and being on the 7th floor. Other than the elevators, ..."

"The chateau and Quebec City offer unmatched beauty, and the staff and workers in the area are very friendly to non-French speakers. My only issue was with the wifi at the Chateau, which was pretty much useless."
