"Customer service was amazing, staff at front desk, valet, the restaurant and room service were all friendly, very helpful and kind. Room was a bit dusty, and furniture was pretty worn. Online they make it sound like they have two heated pools, only one which children are allowed to use. "interieur, au balcon/ à la piscine c'était un peu froid. Les gens sortait de la piscine et avaient froid. Moyenne isolés on entend très bien les gens parler dans le corridor. La douche était pas étanche, il avait de l'eau partout sur le plancher de la salle de bain quand on avais fini. "
