"Beautiful property with a spectacular view! We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for out large group! Our only issue was it was s bit hot inside the house when we arrived. No central A/C. Mini splits in each room worked well but took a while to cool off. Parts of the house stayed warm, mainly upstairs hallway. Would definitely stay again! Beach club within walking distance was sn awesome bonus!"

"The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. "

"Aún no me hospedo en la propiedad , necesitamos cambiar la fecha de nuestro viaje por el Covid-19. Llegamos en 10 días, pero aún sin estar allí se merecen cinco estrellas, por la comprensión y ayuda en todo este proceso. La comunicación del propietario fue muy profesional, clara y flexible !! Claramente se ve que no solo le interesa rentar su propiedad , también se preocupa por sus clientes, gracias Luca"

"The house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos, the view from the suite with the lake and the golf course is incredible. The pool and common areas are very well-maintained and there's never anyone around; we enjoyed the pool all to ourselves even during peak season. The beach is just across the street, a two-minute walk, and it's gorgeous, one of the most beautiful beaches we've seen in the Caribbean. The house is impeccably maintained, with incredible daily cleaning.

"The house was fantastic. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The back yard is something special with a lovely nice sized pool and hot tub. In terms of the host, they were extremely responsive to even the smallest question or issue that might have come up. Beth who was our house manager was friendly, organized, responsive and made sure that our stay went smoothly. Also, the location is beautiful with easy walks to the gym, shopping, and the beach. "The house was incredible - exactly as pictured, but somehow even more beautiful in person! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and fully enjoy the property without needing to go out. We hired a private chef one night that the property owners recommended, and she was incredible! There is a lot of natural light thanks to all the windows, while the greenery still gives it a very private and secluded feel. The gated community also felt very safe, with security and plenty...

"The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious. It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great ."
