with sunbeds, shower external. There are also table and chairs for
having lunch and dinner outdoors.
The interiors of the villa open with a large entrance: here, on the left, there are 2 triple bedrooms
(double bed + single) while on the right there is the living room with
sofas and the eat-in kitchen. The interiors are completed by 2 shower bathrooms.
Where is the holiday home in Porto Cesareo
Villa Marina Salentina is located just 100 meters from the lively promenade ,
the funfair and the low and bathing cliff right in front of the Rabbit
Island. The center of Porto Cesareo can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The nearest sandy beaches are just 500 meters away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in one bedroom.
