Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der große und wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich mit kleiner Terrasse vorm Haus, großer Hauptterrasse und riesiger Dachterrasse. Es stehen hinreichend Terrassen-/Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Die Außendusche ist in den Sommermonaten ein großes Plus. "Toll renoviertes historisches Haus mit Natursteindecken und imposanter Einrichtung, tollem Dachgarten und exklusiver Küchenausstattung ( 5-flammiger Gasherd). Aufwachen wie in einer Burg. Tolle Lage, alles gut zu erreichen. Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufmöglichkeiten immer um die Ecke und in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof für weitere Ausflüge in die Region."

Sie waren entgegenkommend was die Anreise Zeit betraf und waren selbst am Sonntag Morgen vor Ort um die Schlüssel zu übergeben. Sie organisierten sofort einen Handwerker als mit dem Warmwasser etwas nicht stimmte, was durch unsere Unwissenheit via falschem Schalter Gleich auch den Kühlschrank abstellte. "We spent a week here and truly enjoyed it. The location is perfect. Right in the historic district and a two minute walk to the Duomo. The street is quiet (we were there during May). Clarissa, the property manager, quickly responded to any and all questions. She gave great suggestions for restaurants and day trips and can help organize excursions for you (we did our own since we had a car). I saw some reviews complaining about the parking. First, you must understand it is a ZTL so cars are not...

"Wunderschön, die Eigentümer (Vincenco u. Familie) wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück, sie sind sehr liebevoll und freundlich. Antonio(der Vater von Vincenzo) kommt jeden Morgen und kümmert sich um das Grundstück und den Pool. Mann kann sich auf dem Areal alles nehmen ( Tomaten ,Feigen,Peperoni usw.). "Bella casa, pulita e buona posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Uno dei due bagni presenta una doccia non utilizzabile a causa del poco flusso d’acqua. Unica vera pecca è la mancanza di un’area comune e di uno spazio comodo da utilizzare in 9 (visti i posti letto). Terrazzo molto carino ma non sfruttato vista la totale assenza di arredamento per essere usufruibile."

"The outside space - swimming pool, seating area, BBQ etc - was fantastic and much bigger than expected. It was cleaned regularly and very relaxing. The apartment was small but perfectly big enough for the two of us. The bathroom needs some TLC as and shower wasnt the best. Some sort of welcome book and instructions would be helpful, and no wifi was suprising. It is a short walk to restaurants and to a fantastic beach."

"Nella casa di Giuseppe ci siamo trovati benissimo. È comoda, spaziosa e pulita. Il figlio Rubens ci ha accolto molto gentilmente e si è reso disponibile a eventuali nostre richieste. La casa si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggetta dei Cavalli a pochi metri di distanza e le spiagge più belle della costa ionica salentina"
