"The people were excellent. The atmosphere superb! The location wonderful. Only the restaurant area was so blab, needs major decorating. Art looks like a 6 yr old No colors match, very uncomfortable chairs. Very stark and boring room. Orherwise a wonderful stay at a beautiful castle"

"Buitengewoon mooie locatie Volledige privacy maar Castiglion en ander plaatsen zijn dichtbij. Heel fijn en ruim huis met een prachtige zeer goed onderhouden tuin. Het zwembad is niet alleen groot maar wordt ook bijzonder goed schoongehouden. Het contact met de verhuurder Vicenzo is uitstekend. Een absolute aanrader. Wij hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt hetgeen uitzonderlijk is voor ons omdat we ieder jaar graag iets nieuws ontdekken. "

"Beautiful villa of your dreams on a hillside near Cortona. Everything was exactly as described and the villa is very large. We had 4 couples each in the 4 master bedrooms which are huge and very nicely separated. Be aware the road up to the villa is very challenging! "The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! "

"We had a fabulous week - we were 9 adults. Location was great - 5 minute drive up the hill to Cortona and 5 minute drive to grocery store and train station in Camucia. The property is spacious the garden is great. Note that 3 bedrooms are in an attached annex and 5 bedrooms in the main house. We had lovely dinners in the kitchen dining room every night. "Casa Bacco is a comfortable, quiet, well furnished, spacious and well situated house that has been modernized and updated to high standards. "I want to move into this villa. It was amazing from start to finish with only one or two minor issues. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns and wineries. The American style coffee maker was ancient and it took over an hour to brew a cup of coffee. Once we cleaned it with vinegar it worked a lot better. Sadly we did not use the pool due to the weather. I definitely would return to this villa. "
