"The hotel is well presented, clean, and the rooms are a generous size. However, our three‑night stay was unfortunately disrupted by extremely loud building work that woke us up on two of the mornings. We left for the day assuming the noise would have finished by the time we returned, but when we came back around 4pm it was still ongoing and genuinely sounded as though it was happening inside our room. We went to reception to ask when it was due to stop and whether anything could be done, but...
