"This was not there fault in a way, I did not read the part of sharing washroom amenities and was alet dow. The other factor it was that we have only afan for cooling and una place where the weather is over 30c at night that is well not good. Also the whole having to go through military security was about to much because the Internet does not work properly by the gate area and it took a long time to be able to confirm I had a reservation. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. "No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance "

"The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead.
