"First time staying at the resort. About 3rd visit to Quintana Roo. This place was hands down one of the most cleanest spot we've stayed in. Having a butler throughout the day helped out a lot as well. They were super friendly and awesome.
The only cons I have is that the servers and bartenders, looked like they were just there to work and that's it. Which is ok, I'm just used to other areas that they are super friendly, chatty, and tell you were the best spots in town are when leaving the...
