"I really didn’t use the extra “amenities” I was charged for with the exception of the WiFi which was to typically cutting out in the evening, I think a lot of these charges should be optional for guests as I did not have use for them. The room was typically small for a NY hotel but comfortable. There was a private event while I was there so rooftop was closed to guests. Hallways were full of housekeeping supplies. Area was safe. On site bodega was insanely overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here...

"Hotel overall was clean and room itself was clean - housekeeping does a great job of tidying up. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful! Room is small but as expected for a NYC hotel. Room was quiet and we didn't experience too many loud noises on the 15th floor."
