"Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. "Ich war auf der Durchreise mit dem Motorrad im Genußhotel Spitalerhof. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der SS12 und nur 5 Minuten von der Autobahnauffahrt Klausen entfernt. Der Empfang war freundlich. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung, das sehr großzügig war. Das Bett war 1A! Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich wohl gefühlt. Trotz direkter Lage an der SS12 ist das Hotel super vom Straßenlärm abgeschirmt. Im Zimmer, bei geschlossenem Fenster, ist vom Verkehr absolut nichts zu hören. Das...

"The views are unbeatable from these rooms! Staff is very friendly and all the amenities worked great. Something to consider is that the property seems close to Bolzano on gmaps, however if you're getting there by car it's about 25 minutes outside of town up a VERY winding road. If you don't have a car, there's a bus that leaves from the train station and will drop you off right outside of the property that goes by every hour."

"Such a wonderful place! It’s so clean, very well taken care of and you can tell they care a lot. The room was so cute, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We don’t get to enjoy the sauna or hot tub, but it looked wonderful! It’s in a great part of town with very easy access to Ortisei via a bus stop right down the street. The room also comes with free bus passes to get around. The breakfast in the morning was great! Plenty of options and a coffee...

The five course meal was more than we expected for a dinner at 35 Euros per person. Each dish was creative and delicious.
