"We very much enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. My 86 mother and I wanted to fish and this rental had easy access to a wonderful dock. Everything we needed was provided and more. The bedrooms are nice, 2 king beds a plus. The only missing upgrade would be in the bathroom in the front of the home. The shower is old and showerhead was way too short for anyone over 5’9. I did not go in the other bathroom so can’t speak to that one."

Even if you're not boating, there is enough action on the lake to make you feel like you're part of things. The property is also a ten minute drive to the best parts of Granbury. "Our stay was very well organized and the home owner has a very nicely appointed home and is gracious and welcoming. We were presented with arrival instructions and the WiFi prior to check in. The house is laid out with separation between the master and the remaining bedrooms and we were all very comfortable. We spent majority of our time outside in the back yard. The kitchen, if you are planning to cook, has a nice variety of gadgets, cookware and utensils. We would gladly stay here again."

"…we could have stayed longer! This beautiful house was so comfortable and had so much personality in the decor. There was a lot of thought in details, from all the fun art supplies to the frosty mugs in the freezer. The hosts were amazing at communicating with us. "The views of the lake are really maximized. Lots of places to be within the house. Several rooms 2 patios 3 fire pits. I think I underestimated the amount of stairs. Yes the listing was clear but it was much steeper than I expected. The stairs could use better lighting for dusk. The dock/boat slip area could be easily improved with rope lighting in the boat slip patio area. The oven did not cook evenly. Burned our breakfast. The gas tanks for the grill were empty and sadly were not replaced...
