We had a car and it was very difficult to get to the hotel. At nights it was hard to get a taxi to come to the hotel or to get dropped off at the hotel. The hotel did offer us help parking the car but later we found out that they charged a valet service fee that was not discussed prior. We booked a room with breakfast and they charged us...

As soon as you walk into the hotel you are transported through time to the 16th and 17th century beautiful courtyard which opens up into the patio and a grand staircase winds upwards to the rooms. This is by far the most magical hotel I have ever laid eyes on.
