"Wonderful property in a very private area. Kitchen is well organized and super useful for longer stays. WiFi can be a bit spotty, but being that far out from cities you should be expecting it. Driving to and from activities can take a while, but plan your trip ahead and get up early for the longer drives and it’s completely manageable. Outstanding location for winter travel, and plenty of local activities for summertime vacations."

"Great little place with a great view of Moosehead Lake and Mt Kineo! Super clean and just right for my husband and me for three nights. Good spot for going out and exploring (drove Golden Road and scenic byway near Mt Katahdin, hiked Mt Kineo, watched moose near Greenville). Ate dinner at nearby Rockwood Bar & Grill. Excellent!"

"Annual deer camp. Really neat camp. Slept 4 and 5 of us really well. Very impressed by how well stocked the house was with things like linens, paper products and kitchen supplies.The only trouble is access. Its built into a hillside so all entries are stairs. We had snow, which we look forward too but outside entries iced up leaving the interior garage stairs. The stairs inside the garage are narrow and steep.
