"We love Weekie watchee this is our second visit n this house just hit the nail on the head. It’s on the river and even though it’s not luxurious it’s just perfect for what we wanted which was to be on the river. It had all we needed nice kitchen n extra beds. You can bbq outside n eat out while you watch the manettes go by. "Property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and right on the River. Each day we were there we saw Manatees and dolphins and environment super relaxing.. Check in was super easy, and very clean, owner Keith was quick to answering questions and attentive to our needs. "

"This property was perfect for our long weekend with family. We had 14 and one dog with ample places (and then some) for sleeping. Perfect relaxing weekend filled with game time, river time, cooking out and relaxing in the hot tub. Just a five minute paddle to get out on the main river. The host was very quick to respond with any questions and more than accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for fun weekend getaway for all ages. Manatees came right up to the dock too:)"

"PERFECT for our family gathering to celebrate a special birthday. I have never been to a VRBO with so many extras (games, pool toys, videos, pool table, poker table, KAYAKS, kitchen supplies galore even a waffle maker! Oh and chilled mugs in the freezer!!!!...) and so much to do. Not once was the TV on!!! But the best part was the view and all the dolphins that we saw! Rented the pontoon boat and went to the flats for a great day of fun. Ashley and David only a phone call away and ALWAYS...

"We had an issue in the beginning with getting into the house because I wasn’t getting communication from the property mgr regarding the code. The original code I received was on Tuesday but didn’t see anything after that, so when used that one & it didn’t work, I freaked out but we had the problem resolved immediately upon calling. "The property was great. AC very effective. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms well designed and clean. Kitchen easy to work in. We mostly gathered on the deck and also made a fire at night. The Volleyball court was awesome. Easy location for the wedding we travelled to. We didn’t feel comfortable to swim in the water but we did kayak and saw a manatee. The fish flying out of the water was entertaining! It was a good choice for for two families vs a hotel. We had a great time. "

"From time of reservation through checkout the host was exceptional with communication. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Loved all of the towels. Perfect location, close to McRae's where we rented a pontoon noat for the day. Gorgeous area!! Close to restaurants and the waterfront. If i had to mention anything it was the squeaky bathroom door which in the middle of the night was an eye opener It was funny!! Terrie was a great host!! Will definitely book again"

"Our first time at weeki Wachee. This was a perfect location where this place is located. House was very clean. It has n more items to accommodate for the length of stay. We stayed 2 nights 3 days. We loved how it’s right of the river n not far from other attractions. Hopefully for next yr, we will try to stay another round! Thank you!"

"We love staying at this house. It has literally everything you need to keep adults and children occupied and its close to plenty of things to do. When we aren't out checking out springs and surrounding areas we love spending time in the pool or fishing right off the dock...this year we decided to throw a crabtrap in and were pretty successful for not trying to hard. Space is perfect where everyone can spread out but still be together in common areas. We were lucky to see manatees right out front...
