"A very nice upscale hotel next to Lake Ashi. The hotel is new and conveniently located for public transportation. Easy to get to the cable car, bus stop, and the famous pirate ship ferry accross the lake. We stayed for two nights and it was enjoyable and enough. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is spread over two interconnected buildings and we stayed in the middle one. The first, small building is for the common areas and the next long building is the guest rooms. "I loved my stay at Hakone Yutowa and would like to visit again sometime. The library and the outdoor foot onsen were two of my favourite spots. Huge room which was a welcome change compared to other cities. Walkable to Gora station."
