"This was our 3rd stay and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. They have more staff now than in prior years and nothing was left undone. They are very attentive, they make you feel as if you’re their only guest. They accommodate your every need and check in during your stay. They also offered bonus gifts upon arrival, during our stay and upon leaving. "The location on the map is not accurate, please contact the staff for guidance or to open the door. When you stand in Piazza S. Clemente, and look south, you will see the hotel's terrace, the entrance door is from Via delle Piagge. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with any request, the kitchen is at your disposal all the time if you want a coffee or a snack. Note: stop at Piazza S. Clemente to drop off your luggage (you go up the stairs to the entrance, there is no elevator), if you are...
