"We came to the Charlotte area for my daughter’s wedding. Ty’s home was ideal for our large family and the location was ideal. It was a great place to enjoy separate spaces or gather together. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was peaceful to sip morning coffee out on the porch while watching the blue heron hunt for fish in the water. "The property was wonderful. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions. We were in a school neighborhood and never heard an outside noise once we were inside. Space was so much bigger than pictures and the game room is a 100/10. It could easily fit 15-20 people and still have room to sleep and move around! We had 7 grown adults who were in town for the races, and we all had our own space. So much fun. Already planning to book this week for next fall "
