"Habitación grande y espaciosa, personal limpio y atento."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the people working there are really kind and caring all time. Its really conveniently located and food there or around is good."

"Staff was very kind. Spa was under repair. Stay was fine. Breakfast and room basic - aged hotel. Nothing special, fine for brief stay. Good location."

"Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast."

"The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked."

"The only problem the recepcionist (most of them ) don ‘t speal English, but they try to help you."

"It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though."
