"They got me a room early morning when I got off my cruise. That was great. However the pool wasn’t open and I was really looking forward to sunbathing on that day, thats primarily why I booked that hotel for the pool. They told me its cause they can’t get the staff? If was May. It was hot. So disappointed. However, the hotel itself was so nice. Very nice room and lovely food as well. Good service. "

"Room was very clean. Location is a bit hard to find on the map (according to Uber driver), once found, it was fine. Didn’t feel super safe to walk around. I couldn’t connect to wifi I couldn’t get the heat to work, thermostat was in Spanish. Body sent me a video but I still couldn’t get it to come on. That being said, host was helpful and responsive. And the bed was comfortable. "

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"Loved my bed great size Tv big bathroom compared to other European countries hotels. Nice helpful staff loved the big pool and pool area close to public transportation one bus from the airport T1 and same bus back to the airport Each way 2,90 euros great restaurant and the beach is 17 minutes walk. Can’t beat the value."

"Nice Building, but understaffed. Restaurant service is poor and staff undertrained. Food is well cooked though. Building is nicely built and in a remote private area. "

"We had great 3 night post cruise stay. Staff was amazing, very hospitable. Housekeeping lady was so kind, sweet and very good detailed- our room looked amazing. Breakfast and bar team, were very friendly as well. Young lady at check in ( sorry forgot her name) assisted with luggage storage, return of my mobility scooter and had our room ready before actual check in time. Wonderful team!!! Kudos!!!"

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Morning walks on the beach, easy train to Sitges one evening, good restaurants nearby. Morning coffee on our balcony. Nespresso machine and kettle in room for coffee on the balcony, listening to the waves. Breakfast was good, if it did feel a tad overpriced compared to the place we had just left in the city with a greater selection. Good quality food and you can’t beat the view."

"The room was nothing like advertised, bed was small to the point that at 5'8 my feet were hanging off the bed not to mention it was hard as a rock, the fridge didnt work and the safe didnt even have a key. There was 0 sound proofing between rooms. You could hear the door to the elevator slam shut no matter what floor it was on throughout the night so we did not sleep at all.
