"The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. Decorations gave you a very comfy, welcomeing feeling. We were very impressed by by how quiet it was. No outside noises of any kind. Even though we fid not use the kitchen, there appeared to be everything you would need.We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is having out of town guests. "

"We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. "

"Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! "This house was perfect for our stay in Erie! It was well supplied, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the lovely back porch and yard. "Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair.
