"Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. The beach is a bit secluded and beautiful, away from the hustle & bustle of areas closer to Panama City. The house is very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Large refrigerator and separate large freezer provide ample space for stocking up for large groups. Separate Ice maker provided...

"Excellent property, exactly as advertised, in a beautiful, rustic location. Excellent beach view and nice beach. Just understand, this is not a groomed beach in a resort location--you are in a neighborhood 15 minutes away from everything. This simple but lovely property, in excellent shape, was just what the doctor ordered to do nothing. The host was a great communicator and immediately responded to our queries. I highly recommend this property."

"Absolutely perfect! Amazing views! Our favorite vacation spot for sure. We usually stay on the other end of Alligator Point, we needed more space this year. I will say, if you are taking older folks, it is a lot of stairs. Other then that, perfect! "

"My wife and I had a phenomenal stay here. Steven the host was very transparent and made things super easy. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were the first comfy ones we'd slept on during our roadtrip, which was much appreciated. The rear deck facing the canal was beautiful to sit at and just relax. And right down the road we saw the single most amazing sun rise we'd ever seen. This is an absolutely great place to stay if youre looking to get away and relax for a few days on the Gulf!"

"Our plans had to change last minute with this property as there were some unpreventable, unforseeable issues which have since been addressed. However, Vacations by Waypoint was on top of things. They instantly booked another beach home 10 seconds down the road from this one for us. We ended up at NanSeas which was a beautiful and spectacularly stocked home. Vacations by Waypoint was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book with them again, and plan to. "
