"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. "

"The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! "My stay was for a college reunion, but this is also a great space for someone on a business trip. Great kitchen countertop for working or dining. The area has so many choices for food & drinks, even the streets were really clean! Upscale environment, we felt safe. The location is near train tracks, but that wasn't an issue, we were on the deck when one passed by at night. Street and pedestrian noise also not an issue. The price was amazing, this particular unit is perfect for 1-2 people. ...
