The apartment is located in a residential area overlooking one of the main squares of the town, a few hundred meters from the seafront, in a quiet and peaceful location slightly away from the chaos of the historic centre.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is spread over a single level, offering an internal surface area of ​​75 m2. The living area consists of a relaxation area with sofas and a separate kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both doubles with two joinable single beds. It is a perfect solution for families or two couples of friends. A bathroom with a large shower box (160x75) is available which will be replaced in 2025. It is located very close to the sea and all the town's services, including the supermarket 50 meters away.

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
