Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony.
However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows.
The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable ."

"The hotel was awesome with lots of amenities on offer. Loved that they have their own app where you could reserve your sun bed for the day. All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions.
