"House was clean, no major issues. Bed frames were squeaky anytime you moved or rolled over. Doors were also squeaky and needed some lubrication. Doorknobs were loose and needed tightened. Water line wasn't hooked up to fridge and ice trays were not provided, so we had to buy ice. Light bulbs were out in several rooms but ceiling was so high we couldn't change them out even if we wanted to. Would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in addition to the blinds as the sun was very bright...

"The apartment is very cute. the location was great. I was within walking distance of many cool spots and only steps from the river. The host is very polite and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay near Louisville."

"The secretariat suite was perfect for our stay. The little community had several places to eat and drink within walking distance, and although we were in town for a music festival across the bridge it was really nice to be able to walk down and grab a snack. The suite it self had everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and concise. We’d def stay here again. "

"Everything was fantastic! Well worth it! The only comment I have is to ensure if you plan on going to Louisville everyday, you will have to pay tolls on th way in and out of the city. Or take a sizable detour to avoid the toll."

"Nice place , good location to get to downtown Louisville. Not much in the immediate area except a older sundivision."

"Cute house with comfy beds. Third bedroom could use a bed instead of a futon. You need to bring an air mattress if you need three bedrooms. There was only one trashcan in the kitchen. Adding some trashcans in the bathrooms would be helpful. There was a strong odor in the house, but there had recently been flooding in the area. The host brought over an air purifier as soon as we notified them. The floors were not the cleanest as you could feel grit under your feet when you walked on them "

"It is nicely decorated. The tiles are beautiful. Large tvs in a livingroom and bedroom ready for lounging. Two thumbs up!!"

"Very easy. Check-in place was very clean. It was close to Louisville, Kentucky and to my friend's place. Would definitely stay here again when I visit."
