"This is a wonderfully unique home with delightful surprises at every turn. The attention to detail is amazing and thoughtful consideration is evident everywhere. Loved the fire pit in the wonderful large yard and this location has easy access to restaurants, businesses and the interstate. I most definitely would stay there again if in the area. "

"We loved our stay. David was such a generous host. We had a unique situation where we were in town for a family emergency. David was kind, empathetic, flexible, generous and accommodating. We can’t thank him enough. We will be visiting Decatur again over the next few years and hope to stay on this property. It is really close to Millikin University which was a huge bonus. "

"We rented this vrbo during a heat wave, so we spent a lot longer inside than out. The AC systems worked well and we had a great time using the kitchen and media area. Id love to come back sometime to use the baskwtball, pickleball, and bocce ball courts as well as the outdoor bar. Zack and Bex were great hosts and responded very quickly. A few small thinga to improve: Some of the fans did not work, i expect the remotes just need a new battery. The AC could not go lower than 75. This is fine...

"Very cool experience to stay in a well kept historic home. It was incredibly spacious. It was also perfectly located - we easily walked to every major attraction downtown. The host was very responsive to any question or request. Would definitely recommend staying here if you like unique experiences and want to be close to tourist attractions. "
