"Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Our family consisting of 8 persons aged from 13 to 85 spent a wonderful week at Finca Son Pol. The house is awesome, equipped with everything you could think of and more.... Every bedroom has a big bathroom, which was much appreciated. The house is equipped with the latest technology as regards heating, cooling and hot water. "The property is a quaint 3 bedroomed single storied house - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 shower rooms with plenty of hot water. One shower room is in fact across the courtyard in the utility room (not mentioned in the details). Lovely to have outside space in the pretty courtyard. There are beautiful paintings on the walls painted by the owner’s father. The owners are a lovely couple who greeted us on our arrival. The location is a bit of a walk to the centre. 1/2 hour to the sea. Ok for us as...

"Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

"The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay."

"I d give a 9,5 over 10. Incredible view. 3 Large bedrooms all with great view. All furnitures and kitchen top. Only one negative note : in the lower master bedroom you do hear quite strongly the water pump. Difficult to fix eventhough the manutention guy did try."

"Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"Das Haus ist wunderschön mit Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist grandios. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr geschmackvoll zum Stil des Hauses eingerichtet. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu machen. Das Autofahren in Soller ist ein kleines Abenteuer und nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Aufenthalt war großartig."
