"We used all levels of balcony views. Absolutely perfect. Everyone loved each and every minute on the property. Two downsides: the water smelled like sewer and had a slick feel. We ran out of toilet tissue. This place is an A-"

"Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted...

"This has been one of the BEST Vrbos we’ve ever stayed in. This cottage is clean, neat, very nicely decorated and stocked. Even the little extras like extra batteries for the remotes (which we needed), s’mores ingredients, well supplies kitchen, and amazing outdoor spaces. Will definitely be back!!"

"We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, in a convenient location, and worked perfectly for our group. We did have a small issue getting into the house at first, but the host responded right away and resolved it quickly. The online pictures of the upstairs bedrooms aren’t fully up to date, but in a good way. One room now has a full-size bed and the other has an extra twin bed, which was a nice surprise.
