"場所は国際線出発フロアから少し歩きますが、コンビニも隣にあるし便利です。
客室は広くて清潔だし、ユニットバスですがトイレ、お風呂、洗面台も広くてよかったです。
チェックインは遅い時間でしたが、セルフで楽ちんでした。
２点言いたいのはチェックアウトの際、せっかくセルフの機械で出来て、しかも簡単操作なのに、わざわざホテルの方がやってくれた事。
丁寧だと言えばそうなんでしょうが、せっかくのセルフの機械の意味がないと思う。頼まれた人だけでいい。あと、エスカレー ターの前で「スーツケースの方ははあちらのエレベーターをご利用下さい」と言われたけど、それも「え⁈」っと思った。1人で2〜3個持ってるならまだしも、スーツケース１つでエレベーターにどうぞはおかしいと思う。
そのせいかエレベーターは混んでましたよ。
その２点は日本の無駄な部分だと思うので、改善された方が良いと思いました。"

"Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!"

"This hotel has rooms that are identical to the ones in other Apa and LiveMax hotels. The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. "Excellent area, close to busy Shinjuku but not such a busy street. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores super close by. My only complaint is the window of our room was frosted and just opened to a slit. It felt claustrophobic even though the room is very nice, I couldn't be in there for too much time. Would definitely recommend it if you don't care about the window! Maybe other rooms do have reagular windows!"
