"Greated respectively and courteously when i arrived. Staff member couldn't have been any more helpful. All staff were friendly during the stay.
The room was perfect self contained and clean and roomy. Would stay again on next visit."

"I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am....."

"Staying at this awesome apartment was fabulous. The beds were comfy, location was great and the views superb. We really appreciated the extras of bubbles, bread, milk, butter etc on arrival. It was so lovely not to have to think of it when we arrived. Having a range of brochures available for us to check out and peruse was also good. Sitting on the balcony at night, watching the sunset over the mangroves was pure bliss. We also made great use of the pool noodles supplied. They were perfect for...
