"I booked this for my husband bc his friends were camping at the campground down the street and he didn’t want to camp as it was cold outside. He loved it so much, he didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect little house complete with a coffee maker, microwave, updated bathroom/shower, large comfy bed and the cutest patio. He keeps talking about it, so we will rebook soon."

The location relative to downtown Julian is perfect during the busy season, as you can avoid majority of the traffic that occurs near Julian Orchard Ranch and still access downtown Julian within minutes. "We had a wonderful time here! First, the beds were very comfortable and our entire party slept well each night. The kitchen was fully stocked and the living spaces were comfortable and good for game nights. We appreciated both the wall heater and the wood stove- very cozy for the cold weather! Also, the trees around the property were gorgeous- we were surrounded by fall colors. Check-in & check-out were simple and easy. The location is perfect- near to town but far away enough to be peaceful....

"This is the most well-appointed and organized home I've ever experienced in a VRBO. It feels as if you're just visiting a well-travelled friend's home who has beautiful taste in furnishings and wants to provide her guests with everything they need... and then some! We had pets with us and were so pleasantly surprised to find a completely fenced, huge yard, with wonderful sitting areas to enjoy the out of doors. A perfect stay!"
