"My family had a great experience here. The building was nice, and the staff was so warm. The highlight was the breakfast - excellent and filling every morning. We loved how close it was to public transport and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bodegas. Highly recommend."

"My daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency SOMA for four nights - the hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and the prompt daily room service was appreciated. We took advantage of the food in the Regency Room - snacks and beverages available all day, breakfast was a plentiful buffet which we enjoyed every morning. The staff behind the desk were always very helpful as we were new to the city - they helped us with taxis...

"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

"The shower was huge! The bed was comfy, too. The best part was the rooftop bar! We spent hours relaxing on the rooftop, and had dinner up there as well. The bartenders were very helpful and made us delicious cocktails. The valet was quite helpful and prompt, too."

"Staff was extremely nice and helpful—I’ve never been to a hotel with better service. There is a convenient bus stop directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance that is used by several routes around the city and nearly every train route is just a few steps away as well. Room was clean and had wonderful lights that could dim. Beds were soft and comfortable and fairly large for what we needed. Hotel Zelos will definitely be our pick for our next trip to San Francisco."

"Staff was amazing - rooms are small but clean. Queen bed was NOT a queen but a double. Breakfast was poor and one day they had no coffee after 8:30 even though breakfast is served till 10:00 am. Area is very central to everything but not the best area in the evening with the homeless / lots closed down you have to know where you are going. Staff at the hotel was helpful and wonderful!"
