Disgusting the manager hang up the phone on me after calling me a liar after saying five days without a room cleaning service. "No security on premises. I got chased by a homeless persons dog while walking to my room."

"Didn’t get correct room ( couldn’t get another room till the next day, felt to uncomfy to stay) . Thee room was so dirty, I had to ask front desk for some type of cleaner supply and that still didn’t help. Towel that came with tub was black, A/c stinked (made my asthma acting up), beds were dirty and stains. I still don’t feel compensated enough and will be escalating it further."
