"We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much...

"The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!"

Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. "We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view. The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful. "Excellent location, although being in the center of the old town means it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend earplugs. Having said that, the location is fantastic, the check in staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself had everythin we needed, including a good shower, air-con and a small kitchen with fridge and oven. I would definitely stay there again."
