The hotel was very nice, the rooms clean, very well located, close to the center and the staff excellent. Sabrina, Katheryn and Timo were very nice and very helpful. Everything looked to be perfect until last night when we called the reception for a wake up call at 4:00 am and Timo told us that they don't have that service because at 11:00 pm they leave the hotel. He called another Adler hotel to see if they said they could do that service and the answer was NO. We learned then that NOBODY of the hotel personnel remain at the hotel at night. They close the door at 11:00pm and if you want to leave the doors opens automatically and if you want to enter you have to use your room card to open the door from outside. Timo one of the staff member who was at the hotel that night offered to call us from his home at 4:00 am to wake up us. He did that timely and that was very nice from his side. The problem is that we learned last night that during the night only the guest remain at the hotel, that was scary, thinking that if there is an emergency during the night, who can you call, how to solve a problem if something happen during the night? That is incredible, never in our travel live we found a situation like this. We do not expect to have someone sitting at from desk during the night, but at least someone from the staff to sleep at the hotel with a phone number that guest can call in case of an emergency. If we new this in advance we would not have booked that hotel.
