"First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities."

"This was the 1st Time i have Been to Malborough i came here to go to a Gig nearby.so i stayed in this hotel because it was near to the Venue.The Room was Lovely Everything i Needed Plenty of Tea and Coffee the Room Clean and Tidy and even the Bed Was Comfy to for my Good Night Sleep."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Old Fleece. The Studio apartment was lovely, spacious and had everything you could need for a few days away. A fantastic small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. The staff were wonderful, happy to help in any way. We will definitely visit again."

"The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. "We stayed for our wedding weekend, it was just what we wanted, although the weather wasn’t great for the weekend we still had a great time, watching the rain dance on the lake and nice chilled days in the swimming pool and spa. We have stayed in the Lower Mill Estate before so knew what to expect, and we always love it! "

"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"Lovely new flat, well stocked and comfortable. The living room is rather small, tight for even one person. Overall was a great stay, only disappointed that the taxes and fees are so high, and that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance so I had to reach out to get that just before I arrived."

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "
