"We booked this house because it is close to WSU and we had to move our son into the dorms. The house is small and cute! It sits on the corner and there is off the street parking which was a plus for us. I spent the couple of mornings drinking coffee on the back porch. Will definitely book again if we’re in town for more than just a night or two!!!"

"The house is quaint. Easy to get to and right next to a highway so easy to get around. They don’t have a full kitchen which didn’t bother us. The bed is a little used as in dips in the middle and its really soft. We prefer a firm bed but this did not take away from the experience for us either just adding the info for others. Very sweet couple. We would stay again."

"This is the second time that I have booked this location for an annual event I attend. My friends and I always enjoy staying here. A very quiet and nice neighborhood with plenty of space inside to have separate places for people and also some nice communal space to get together and laugh. Property owner is very responsive and super easy to deal with. If anything ever arises, such as needing extra blankets, they are very quick and happy to help. "What a great little cottage in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood. We were looking forward to a much needed getaway, and this property was the perfect home base for our daily excursions. Close to several parks, getting our daily walks in was not a chore at all. The house itself is older - charmingly so, not creepily so. It has every thing needed to for a very pleasant stay. It is centrally located, so it seems close to everything. We will be back!!!"

"We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again."
