You can stay in two apartments (a 3-room apartment ID 12102 and a one-room apartment ID 12221, not communicating internally with each other), both on the ground floor, each with a separate entrance. This solution can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms. The 3-room apartment offers a spacious living area with a fireplace and satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen-dining room includes a stove, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, and a fridge with a freezer. The living room of the 3-room apartment(ID 12102) opens onto a lovely covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, with convenient steps leading to the barbecue and pool. The one-bedroom(ID 12221) has a kitchenette and offers a furnished pergola for pleasant outdoor dining.

Positioned in a sunny and panoramic spot, the apartment offers breathtaking views over vineyards stretching to the Apuan Alps. The swimming pool features a well-equipped solarium area, ideal for relaxation. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 15th of October 2025.
