Service was impecable and the place nothing short of amazing. My hiking boots broke, they noticed and Sam offered to fixed them and they were line new. Oscar at the bar is a class act.

Waking up to the views of Lake Kivu were amazing the food and the staff were fantastic! Margret and her team were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.online. Can’t wait to go back- Would highly recommend .

My experience was slightly affected by the fact that I stayed in low season, and at a time when there was political instability along the border with DRC nearby.
