"Murphy’s is exceptional. Unlike Murphy’s law .. everything about this place works just right! We reached the house after a long drive & it was love at 1st sight. Easy check in: Open the door & you’re quite literally in a country spa retreat. The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious, modern & everything has been so well thought out. "Perfect rural staycationWe booked this for our Dads 80th who is from Central QLD. Family with two young kids, couple with no kids and a couple in their 80's all met up and stayed the weekend, we all loved it. Easy checkin, clean property with lots of space. "If you want to enjoy a morning coffee watching the kangaroos play fight. The horses galloping, the birds singing in a cute little town. This place is the go for a couple of days. It didn’t bother us but the only disadvantage is there is no wardrobe. We pack light so it wasn’t an issue "

"We were off the grid far enough to remind us of back home in NZ. We were greeted by the local wildlife which stuck around for our entire stay. Was peaceful, relaxing and our hosts Tracy and Steve were amazing. Breakfast was amaaaazing and all prepped with loving care which made it taste sweeter and arrived with the rustic pioneer look which made us feel like we were actually in the pioneer days. "We don't camp. Our friends do. They stayed in the campsite over the road and we stayed in the cabins, getting together around a campfire at night but staying in luxury during the day. Very comfortable cabin, with everything we needed. The bird life is spectacular, and the property has donkeys and Highland cows."
